Hello Barracuda Families,

As we head into our final regular season meet tonight, we wanted to send one important reminder about CHAMPS.

Swimmer declarations for CHAMPS are due tomorrow (Tuesday, July 14) by 3:00 p.m.

Tonight's meet is the final opportunity for swimmers to earn a qualifying time, but all swimmers who have qualified (or may qualify tonight) must be declared in SwimTopia by 3:00 p.m. tomorrow in order to participate in CHAMPS.

After tonight's meet results have been finalized, please log into SwimTopia and declare your swimmer's attendance.

• If your swimmer has qualified (or qualifies tonight) and will be attending CHAMPS, please mark them as Attending.
• If your swimmer has qualified but will NOT be attending CHAMPS, please mark them as Not Attending.

Even if your swimmer is unable to participate, we ask that you please update their status. This helps our coaches ensure no qualified swimmer is accidentally overlooked as they finalize entries.

CHAMPS Volunteer Information

CHAMPS is a league-wide event, and each team is assigned volunteer positions that must be filled throughout each session. If your swimmer participates in CHAMPS, your family is expected to volunteer.

Volunteer jobs will open in the SwimTopia app later this afternoon. We encourage families to sign up as soon as positions become available so we can meet our volunteer commitments.
