*The visiting team set-up area is straight ahead when you walk through the gate and we will set-up on the opposite side of the pool in the splash pad area. There are some chairs available, but we recommend families bring extra chairs, as well as tents and/or umbrellas as the pool deck can get very hot and there is limited shade.
Timeline:
- Collington Warm-Up: 5:40 to 6:00 p.m.
- Visiting Team Warm-Up: 6:00 to 6:20 p.m.
- First Call to Clerk of Course: 6:25 p.m.
- Officials Meeting: 6:15 p.m.
- Timers’ and Recorders’ Meeting: 6:15 p.m.
- Meet Begins: 6:30 p.m.
Entry Exchange:
We would like to lock entries the Sunday before the event by 10am if possible. Below is the contact information for our Head Coach if needed.

Clerk of Course: Our clerk of course is located behind the blocks
It is very important for swimmers to report to the staging area of the Clerk of Course by the final call. If a swimmer reports after we have sent swimmers down to their lanes he/she may NOT be allowed to swim.
Volunteers:
We are asking you to provide the following volunteers for our meet. If you have any questions regarding volunteer set-up, please contact us at [email protected].
- Timers - 12 per half (we are an 8-lane pool)
- Strokes + Turns – 3 per half
- Runners – 1 per half
- Mite Parent – enough to manage your team's 8 + unders
- Clerk of Course – 1-2 per half
- Table Workers – 1 per half
Concessions:
Food trucks will be available in our parking lot during the meet. Grab a bite to eat and enjoy a variety of delicious options while you're here! We will provide you with the online ordering links ahead of time for easy ordering.
Concessions are sold on deck for the duration of the meet. We sell pizza, candy, chips and drinks. We accept cash and Venmo.
