Join Us for Our End-of-Season Social & Help Us Build the Sundae Bar!
Hi Barracuda Families,
As another amazing season of summer swim comes to a close, we'd love for you to join us as we celebrate an incredible season together at our End-of-Season Social!

Join us for an evening of fun, laughter, and celebration as we recognize everything our swimmers, coaches, volunteers, and families have accomplished this season.
We'll enjoy:
- An ice cream sundae bar
- Team awards recognizing our swimmers
- Fun team superlatives
- One last opportunity to celebrate together before we wrap up the season
HELP US BUILD THE SUNDAE BAR
To help make this event extra sweet, we've created an Amazon Wish List filled with toppings and supplies for our ice cream sundae bar. If you're able, we'd greatly appreciate your support by purchasing an item or two from the list.
The Collington Swim Team Board will be providing all of the ice cream, so the wish list focuses on toppings, serving supplies, and other items needed to make the sundae bar a success.
If you choose to purchase an item from our Amazon Wish List, please have it shipped directly to Kristina Kerns at: 14619 Collington Court, Midlothian, VA 23112.
To help us prepare for the event, we ask that all items be delivered no later than July 22. Having supplies arrive in advance allows our team to organize the sundae bar, identify any remaining needs, and make any last-minute purchases before the social. This helps ensure everything is ready to go and allows everyone to simply relax and enjoy the celebration!
ALLERGY FRIENDLY OPTIONS
We want everyone to be able to enjoy the celebration! While we'll do our best to keep toppings organized and separated, please note that we cannot guarantee against cross-contact.
To help accommodate our swimmers and families:
- No nut products will be included in the sundae bar.
- A dairy-free sorbet option will be available for those with dairy sensitivities or intolerances.
Whether you joined us for your first season or you've been a Barracuda for years, we hope you'll come celebrate with your swim family. This is always one of our favorite events of the summer, and we can't wait to recognize all of the hard work, growth, and memories from this incredible season.
