A reminder that tonight, the Highlands swim team is hosting a Strokes and Turns training at 6:00pm at their pool (8400 Highland Glen Drive, Chesterfield, VA 23838).  If you are interested and have not let us know, please reply back to this email as we must give them a headcount.

Also, there is one last training being offered for Strokes and Turns: Friday, June 5th at 5:00pm at the RounTrey pool (3800 Graythorne Drive, Midlothian, VA 23112). If you would like to attend this training, please reply back and we will send you a Google form that must be completed prior to the training.
